Customs and Foreign Trade Law
In the area of Foreign Trade and Customs Law our activity includes advising our business in all its aspects (procedures, customs , tax and sanctioning regimes), and performance in both administrative and judicial authorities with respect thereto . We all kind of submissions to Customs (eg defense in summary, challenges, administrative, lifting precautionary measures, release of goods, guarantees), to the Tax Courts Office and Federal Courts (appeals, injunctions), and before the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court of the Nation.
